This appendix from the Oak Ridge Reservation (ORR) federal facility agreement presents succinct directions for preparing a land use control implementation plan, or LUCIP. ORR is a Department of Energy (DOE)research and development, weapons production, and former uranium enrichment facility currently undergoing cleanup in conjunction with the US Environmental Protection Agency, the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and the public as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
