This letter was submitted by the Government Withholding Relief Coalition in support of Amendment 212 to S. 493 (authored by Senators Scott Brown and David Vitter) which would repeal the 3% withholding requirement from Section 511 of the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005.
