This service allows the residents of San Francisco to “Tweet” or send a text message to the 311 call center, reporting about non-emergency municipal services such as street cleaning, potholes, abandoned vehicles, garbage collection, graffiti removal, and inquiries about City Hall hours, phone numbers, and departments.
