This presentation provides an overview of the state of land use controls (LUCs) programs, policies, and coordinated activities and sets the framework at an Environmental Council of States (ECOS) LUCs Task Group meeting in Washington, D.C. This collection of observations and challenges from a premiere land use expert ties together an actionable agenda for the future of LUCs collaboration.
