This agreement serves as a written understanding of the affiliation agreement between ICMA (International City/County Management Association) and state associations. Members of the local government management profession are better served by belonging to both their state association and to ICMA. ICMA and state associations have been long-standing partners on behalf of the profession, providing services and benefits that complement each other.
