Due to a system that wasn’t yielding efficient data the City of Kansas knew that they had to modernize their method of business outreach and retention services. The new method which was an altered reiteration of a citizen survey that had been implemented in 2000 and aids the local government in adapting new policies. The program has been nominated for the 2016 Local Government Excellence Awards in the category of Strategic Leadership & Governance (populations of 50,000 and greater).
