In response to increasing demands on municipal services from a growing population, the City of Twin Falls seeks to implement an organization-wide Process Improvement program to better manage capacity and to deliver higher quality services. The project deliverable, Process Improvement for High Performance, includes an operational assessment of the organization, a review of leading practices in local government Process Improvement efforts, and suggests program implementation strategies for the organization.
