The City of Boston had an antiquated and disjointed platform that formed the core of its legacy legislation information management system. The City redevoloped the system by launching LIMS to manage the legislation information process between multiple branches of government in a comprehensive manner and accomplish the goals of transparent and accessible municipal government.
