This is the 2010 nomination of Evanston, Illinois' Climate Action Plan for the Community Sustainability Award. City Manager Wally Bobkiewicz and Sustainable Programs Coordinator Carolyn Collopy are credited with aiding in the development of the this program to outline strategies to engage in more sustainable practices in order to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by 13%.
