The City of Palm Coast, Florida is nominated for the 2006 ICMA Program Excellence Award in Community Partnerships, for their participation in the Sister Cities International Program. The City partnered with Liberia, Costa Rica in order to broaden their knowledge base of international communities, and to share successes and experiences. This document contains a description of the program, as well as a discussion of the program's results and lessons learned.
