By the time of the closing session at some meetings, the convention center is a ghost town. The exhibitors may have all packed and left, but at noon Wednesday, ICMA members were still busy meeting in the roundtables to discuss ways to improve their local services and better measure their outcomes.

With over 3,500 attendees, Kansas City will go down as one of the most popular conferences in ICMA history. Thanks to all the attendees and especially the Kansas City host committee for making it happen.
