The CityLinks team is pleased to announce the launch of the official Waste Management Technologies in Regions (WMTR) program website.

With the same layout and ease of navigation as the CityLinks site, the WMTR site is easy to explore. Click any logo at the top of the page and you'll be sent straight to the organization's website. Explore the About section to learn more about CityLinks and the WMTR program. Get to know other program partners and resource organizations on the ICMA and its Team page. Discover how the United States Agency for International Development's Urban Programs team works with CityLinks and which programs overlap with the CityLinks technical areas on the USAID page.

Find out more about WMTR's three components which are featured on the left hand side of the home page. Stay abreast of the most recent program developments by checking out the News section either from the link on the navigation bar or the list of latest articles found right on the home page. You can also follow along with Notes from CityLinks in the blog feed found on the bottom right. Curious about how to get involved? Check out the How to Start a Partnership section found just above the blog feed.

The WMTR program is supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented through CityLinks by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) together with its local partner, CENN. It aims to assist the Government of Georgia in designing adequate waste management and recycling systems in the Kakheti and Adjara regions.
