Our thoughts and prayers go out to the communities and their managers who have been struck by the devastation and loss of life of Hurricane Sandy. It is events like this which test the resilience of communities and the stamina of managers.
In the weeks to come, there will certainly be praise and criticism levied by many upon a few. This will be the time when we can learn from each other, both in terms of what worked and what did not. As lessons learned become known, please pass them onto the GAPC.
