2018 NAPA Fellows
2018 NAPA Fellows

The National Academy of Public Administration selected 40 leaders in the field of public administration for the 2018 Class of Academy Fellows. The 2018 class joins nearly 900 Academy Fellows, including former cabinet officers, members of Congress, governors, mayors, and state legislators, as well as prominent scholars, business executives,  nonprofit leaders, and public administrators. Individually, Fellows provide unparalleled insight and experience. Collectively, they are the Academy’s primary vehicle for addressing current and emerging issues and contributing to the intellectual and popular discourse on government.

Four ICMA members are part of this year's class of Fellows:

  • Lee Feldman, ICMA CM, city manager, Fort Lauderdale, Florida; ICMA President 2016-17
  • Justin Marlowe, student chapter faculty advisor and professor of public finance and civic engagement, Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, University of Washington
  • Christopher Morrill, ICMA CM, executive director/CEO, Government Finance Officers Association
  • Kurt Thurmaier, professor and chair, Department of Public Administration, School of Public and Global Affairs, Northern Illinois University.

Congratulations to the 2018 Fellows!
