Professor Emeritus of the University of Kansas School of Public Affairs and Administration, John Nalbandian is a former city council member and mayor; the recipient of numerous awards for his teaching, research, and service; and a beloved contributor to the professional development of many ICMA members. ICMA Executive Director Bob O'Neill will join Nalbandian for a presentation on the contemporary trends in local government and leadership challenges for city/county managers and department heads.
