MCCMA has formed a committee to look at the feasibility of bringing the ICMA coaching program for local government professionals to Maryland.  The program started in California and has now expanded into 14 other states. 

The MCCMA committee is interested in getting feedback from you regarding MCCMA’s conferences and training sessions to see if the coaching program would be a good fit for our state.  MCCMA hasn’t surveyed its members in quite a while, so we are gathering other good information in the process.

The results of the survey will be discussed at the MCCMA lunch meeting at the MML Convention on Monday, June 29, 2015.
