Manager Success: Lessons from the Cal-ICMA Survival Skills Project

In an effort that ultimately involved over 250 city and county managers, Cal-ICMA sought to identify the most significant professional challenges that managers face and to recommend strategies to address them. This session will explore the identified challenges while highlighting how both individual managers and our professional associations can effectively respond to those issues.
