So far, 10 stations and television distribution networks around the nation have booked the upcoming ICMA satellite media tour: WTBQ-AM in New York, NY; the "Breakfast with Bob" show on WAMV-AM in Roanoke, VA; "Valley Happenings" on WYAM-IND in Huntsville, AL; "13 WHAM News This Morning" on WHAM-ABC in Rochester, NY; "Pickins AM" on WYYZ-AM in Atlanta; "News Update" on ION-TV National; "The Kiosk Presents" on WNYO-IND in Buffalo, NY; "Good Day Live" on WTWO-NBC in Terre Haute, IN; "North Carolina's Morning News with Brian Freeman" on the North Carolina News Network-AM Regional; and the "The Brynne Project" on WCHE-AM in Philadelphia. More stations will be added in the coming days.

The satellite media tour will air on January 23 and will feature live interviews with ICMA members Pat Martel, city manager of Daly City, California, and Scott Hancock, executive director of the Maryland Municipal League. The media tour is designed to generate additional buzz about the local government management profession, the campaign, and ICMA's 100-year history.

As a result of the tour, it's possible that your local television or radio station may contact you to discuss the local government management profession and the contribution it makes to the community in which you and your residents live, work, and play.
