ICMA President Bonnie Svrcek is encouraging all conference attendees to wear some Life is good® apparel to the Celebration of Service and keynote address on Wednesday, September 23, both to recognize collectively that LIFE IS GOOD and to celebrate all the efforts of the Boston Host and Planning Committees.
