More than 1,400 ICMA members responded to ICMA’s annual membership survey. Responses were positive overall, with 91% of survey respondents indicating the value of membership is “excellent” or “good.”
Although a majority of members rated member benefits as valuable, the three benefits that show the highest percentages rating them as “valuable” are:
- Ethics
- Opportunities to network with peers
- PM magazine.
The ICMA Leadership Matters newsletter is the member resource showing the highest percentage rating it as “valuable.”
The ICMA Annual Conference is the professional development opportunity showing the highest percentage rating it as “valuable.”
