Welcome to the new look! We have gathered member feedback and redesigned this newsletter based on what we've heard.

Members have told us through surveys and other avenues that the number one thing that prevents them from reading Leadership Matters is lack of time, so we have added more images and brief abstracts so that the newsletter is easier to scan.

Members also have shared that they value member news, articles on what local governments are doing, and articles on management and leadership, so we are going to continue to provide content in these areas.

In this issue, because of our association management software updgrade, we have not included member news. Staff are busy updating member records. Look for it in next week's issue.
