Mark E. Keane, ICMA Executive Director, 1967-83, died peacefully on April 12, 2013, surrounded by family at his home in Sedona, Arizona. He was 93.
In addition to serving as city manager in Shorewood, Wis.; Oak Park, Ill.; and Tucson, Ariz., Keane was ICMA president 1964-65.
