The ICMA Executive Board has set the following agenda for its November 6-9, 2014. meeting in Arlington, Virginia:

• Engage in strategic discussions on topics of importance to the association and to the profession. The November/December board meeting each year focuses on a few strategic issues. The topics for this meeting:

- Recommendations from the Task Force on Women in the Profession

- Recommendations from the Task Force on Leadership

- Future direction of the Life, Well Run campaign.

• Approve the timetable and approach for conducting ICMA’s next strategic planning process.
• Approve proposed language for Tenet 12 based on member feedback. Changes to the tenets require approval by the membership, so a ballot will be necessary before the new language is adopted.
• Review the first quarter financial and programmatic reports for FY 2015.
