Applications are being accepted for the Spring 2012 Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP). ELDP is a highly interactive, two-year program led by experienced ICMA Credentialed Managers and leadership development professionals. The program is designed for aspiring local government managers as well as current managers and staff who want to hone their leadership and management skills.
