At its June meeting, the ICMA Executive Board will consider nominations for ICMA’s Distinguished Service Award and Honorary Membership.

• The Distinguished Service Award is presented to a member who has been retired from the profession for a minimum of two years who has made exemplary contributions to the profession through service in local government.
• The Honorary Member Award is presented to an individual outside of the profession, whose leadership and initiative have contributed to the strengthening of local government. 

Award recipients will be recognized during ICMA’s 103rd  Annual Conference, October 22-25, 2017, in San Antonio/Bexar County, Texas. Details on the Distinguished Service Award and on Honorary Membership are available on the ICMA website. ICMA members should submit nominations and questions to Felicia Littky at 202-962-3656 or flittky@icma.org.  Nominations are due by April 24, 2017.
