The goal of this Call for Speakers is to find the best combination of speakers to share their experiences for the previously-selected sessions based on the following themes developed by the 2017 Conference Planning Committee:

• Contemporary Law Enforcement
• Diversity, Inclusivity, and Social Justice
• Emerging Technology
• Preparing for and Managing 21st Century Threats
• The National Divide
• The Intersection of Personal and Professional

Plus

• Career tracks focused on assistant managers, county managers, small-community managers, and Senior/Credentialed Managers

Process:

• All applications will be reviewed.
• Potential speakers will be contacted for more information. 
• Please note that application submittal does not guarantee selection.
• We are unable to accept proposals for new educational sessions at this time.
• Applications must be emailed to callforspeakers@icma.org.
• Call for Speakers close April 28.
