The International City/County Management Association (ICMA), with funding from the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, offers the Professional Fellows Program – an opportunity for young professionals from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, andVietnam to learn about environmental sustainability through a four-week fellowship with U.S. host organization.
