This master plan summarizes proposed improvements to the city’s sidewalk infrastructure. Outlines the goals of the plan; identifies immediate, medium, long, and indefinite term improvements and areas of new sidewalk construction; and presents a strategy to provide seamless pedestrian access through the town.
