An addendum to this 2009 request for proposal from the City of Aspen, Colorado regarding citizen surveys, this agreement further articulates the terms and conditions required for any private firm interested in applying. Issues such as liability, insurance, indemnification, scope of services, deadlines and selection criteria are spelled out to both parties before an agreement is reached.
