For more than three decades, Dr. Craig M. As a longtime professor and former MPA director at Villanova University, and most recently as professor of Public Administration, Dr. Wheeland guided the university’s public administration program to prestigious NASPAA accreditation and helped establish innovative programs that became models for others across the country.
