The ICMA Executive Board has set the following agenda for its December 10–13, 2015, meeting in Little Rock, Arkansas:
- Participate in a joint meeting with the 2015-2017 Strategic Planning Task Force to continue the process of crafting a new ICMA Strategic Plan. This meeting will focus on finalizing an environmental scan for local government, the profession, and ICMA; and agreeing on a member engagement strategy.
- Review Task Force on Strengthening Inclusiveness recommendations.
- Review next steps for the Life, Well Run campaign.
- Agree on a profile for the recruitment of the next ICMA Executive Director.
- Review the first quarter financial and programmatic reports for FY 2016.
