The Village of Schaumburg, IL, is looking to hiring the services of a consultant to conduct a departmental review and management study of the village’s Finance Department. The purpose of the study is to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of department services provided to internal and external customers. The review would analyze and make recommendations to improve (1) the department’s management structure and staffing, (2) internal processes and systems, and (3) use of technologies.
