Chief Experience Officer

Cuyahoga County is considering the development of a Chief Experience Officer position.  This position would support county agencies in the transformation of the customer experience.  We'd like to know if any other city or county has created a similar position focused on improving the customer experience.  If you've established this role in your organization would you be willing to share any of the following:
