Seeking an innovative and visionary consensus builder with outstanding management and operational skills able to empower staff and to achieve desired established goals. Minimum of bachelor’s degree is required, master’s degree is strongly preferred, and preferably 10 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in local government management with at least five years at a department head level role or above. ICMA certification is desired. Hiring range of $150 - $190,000 based on experience and qualifications.
