Emergency Management Coordinator
Salary: $71,004.34 - $97,878.98 Annually

The City of Sunrise is seeking an Emergency Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team to perform highly responsible specialized administrative and technical work in the development, implementation and coordination of the City's Emergency Management Program.

• Graduation from an accredited College or University with a Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Public Relations, Public Safety, Emergency Management or related field
• Five (5) years of professional emergency management, administrative, training, or community outreach experience
• Must have completed IS-100, IS-200, IS 300, IS-400, IS-700, and IS-800
• Must have EMI Professional Development Series (PDS) certificate of completion or ability to obtain within six months of hire
• L-449 ICS "Train-the-Trainer" is preferred
