General Duties:
This is a responsible, supervisory position that involves the administering of the County’s mission and programs including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, budgeting, coordinating, and directing. This position serves as the agent of the Board and carries the primary responsibility for employee relations.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Personnel Management, or related field, and at least five years of experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge and abilities for the position.
