City Manager, Victoria, MN (pop. ~9,500). Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 The City of Victoria is seeking a personable, perceptive, confident and approachable leader who is interested in building a cohesive team. They should be able to demonstrate perseverance with a can-do attitude.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Public Administration or related degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of supervisory experience and a proven record of quality leadership as a City Administrator/Manager or Assistant in a larger community. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding judgment, management, communication skills with the ability to think and act strategically. A background with growing and developing communities is also desired.
