Summary

General Duties:
The incumbent directs and manages the operations of the City under general direction from the Mayor and City Council to include management and oversight of all City general fund departments and functions, and coordination with the Electric, Water, and Wastewater Utilities. The City Administrator is responsible for the implementation of all policy set by the Council. Work may either be performed by the incumbent or delegated to subordinate staff.

Minimum Requirements:
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in public administration, urban studies, business, finance or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) and two years of municipal administration experience.
