The City of DuBois is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as Director of Finance & Administration. Reporting directly to the City Manager and serving as Acting Manager in their absence, this executive position oversees the City’s financial operations, budgeting, capital planning, HR, procurement, and IT. The Director will play a pivotal role in guiding DuBois through a historic municipal consolidation—strengthening fiscal sustainability, organizational efficiency, and community impact.
