Randolph Township, Morris County. 25,734 Population, $40 Million Budget, 121 FT Employees, 21 square miles. Council - Manager form of municipal government under the Faulkner Act.

Municipal residency preferred. Residency in close proximity to Randolph required (no more than a 20 - 30 minute commute).

7 Township Council members (includes Mayor) have demonstrated solid support for the Council - Manager form of government, as well as supporting Township Manager functioning as CEO.

Current Manager, appointed in 2014, is retiring effective July 1, 2022, at a salary of $190,000. Previous Manager retired after 15 years.

Seeking experienced, motivated professional with minimum of 5 years of experience (prefer 10-15 years) in municipal government management. Oversee all daily operations of the Township, including financial management, capital planning, and labor
relations - human resources. Must be highly motivated, result oriented individual with excellent oral, written and computer communications skills; effective employee management. Four year degree required, Master’s Degree (MPA) strongly preferred.
Goal start date is June 15, 2022 providing a 2 week transition with current Manager.
