The Wake County Department of Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization is recruiting several positions to staff our new Landlord Engagement Unit. The Landlord Engagement Unit (LEU) was recently created in response to the current environment's growing need for housing services. The LEU will work closely with landlords to increase the pool of accessible affordable rental units, create and manage an available unit database, and coordinate displacement relocation services.
