The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking to hire one full-time Finance Manager in the Finance Division of the Administrative Services Department.
The Finance Manager is a working professional classification responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting, revenue, and budget related operations of the Finance Division. The classification is distinguished from the next higher classification of Financial Controller in that the latter has overall executive management responsibility for District financial and payroll operations.
Education and Training: Equivalent to graduation from a four (4) year college or university with major course work in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of professional experience supporting finance and accounting programs preferably in the public sector, with two (2) years of lead responsibility.
