City Manager

City of St. James, MN

General Duties:
Performs complex executive work providing leadership and managing the organization and related work as apparent or assigned. Work involves setting policies and goals under the direction of the City Council. Organizational supervision is exercised over all personnel within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with coursework in Public Administration, Finance, Political Science, or related field, and extensive experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
