The Tranter-Leong Fellowship was established in 2017 through a generous donation from ICMA Life Member Revan A. F. Tranter, past ICMA president and first chair of the International Committee, and Eugene Y. Leong. The Tranter-Leong Fellowship offers two awards of up to $5,000 each during each application cycle. One award is for a fellowship in Asia and one is for a fellowship outside of Asia. These awards are to be used to facilitate global knowledge exchange outside the applicant's home country. This scholarship is administered by the ICMA International Committee. Individuals with questions can contact Jeanette Gass, senior program manager, Global Engagement at jgass@icma.org
