ICMA’s International Regional Conference is a celebration of the amazing things taking place in our communities around the world. This year, ICMA will be visiting Jaipur, India.

In addition to the regional conference, there will be optional events including a site visit to Agra or a study tour to Ahmedabad (February 16-18). You can choose only one event if you want to extend your trip after the regional conference ends (each optional event will take place at the same time, so you cannot participate in both). Please see the table below for the cost information for each event and note that registration deadline is January 15, 2020!

Agra Site Visit $269 Includes lodging (double occupancy room with wifi, breakfast, mineral water), entry fee to heritage sites, transportation to and in Agra and drop off to the Delhi Airport
Ahmedabad Study Tour $369 Includes lodging (double occupancy room with wifi, breakfast, mineral water), entry fee to heritage site, transportation to and in Ahmedabad including airport transfers

Please note that:

  • International Regional Conference cost includes participant cost in Jaipur and Neemrana.
  • Agra Site visit cost includes participant cost in Agra. 
  • Ahmedabad Study Tour includes participant cost in Ahmedabad.

On the payment page the international regional conference will be selected automatically and if you want to participate in the other events, please select only one (both events will take place at the same time).   

Cancellation Policy: Due to cancellation policies in India, ICMA cannot issue refunds after registration.

Additional Information


All U.S. citizens need a valid passport and valid Indian visa to enter and exit India for any purpose. Please visit US Department of State’s website for details about the requirements.

You can either get an e-visa (citizens of certain countries including U.S. are eligible for e-visa) or apply for a visa at an Indian Embassy. If you are eligible, e-visa is recommended since the process is easier.

If you need to apply for a visa at an Indian Embassy, please note that you must apply through a travel agency, CKGS (check CKGS website for details, www.ckgs.us). Indian embassies do not handle visa applications directly (by walk-in or by post / mail).

Non- U.S. citizens, residing in the US can still apply only on the CKGS website (www.ckgs.us).

If you reside in a country outside of the United States, please contact the appropriate office or Embassy in your country for information on obtaining a visa.
