The ICMA Performance Management Advisory Committee selected these 80 metrics for ICMA Open Access Benchmarking. This new approach is cost-free, software-neutral, and available to all local governments. An additional 54 metrics were selected for counties. (NOTE: This is a PDF of the metrics list.
