MORNING SESSION

Christina Harbridge, Chief Executive Officer, Allegory Inc.
Using authenticity to increase your influence
So much of leading and influencing is based on the physiology of the influencer and their ability to direct the attention of others toward outcomes. Our challenge as leaders is most humans listen in their own preferences and thus we must be able to translate how we naturally talk into the way others listen. This session will teach you how to do this without being fake and how you can make subtle shifts in your own behavior to drive attention to your organization.
