The theme of this year's Forum PA is People and Organizations in the AI Revolution. In the increasingly rapid transformation process we are experiencing, we need a colorful PA: a PA that is able not only to attract talent, but also to let them experiment; a courageous PA that knows how to welcome divergent thinking to create value for citizens and businesses. During the three days of Forum PA 2024, public administrators in Italy will discuss ways to embrace AI and digital transformation in city government.
