The Knowledge Network is an online community for fostering excellence and innovation in local government, built on the following ideals:  rich content, social networking and knowledge exchange, partnering, and global scope. Through the Knowledge Network, users can pose and answer questions, create or join a group, build a personal network, and access a rich document library, which includes research, articles, white papers, and sample local government documents organized into topic areas.
