The National Citizen SurveyTM is administered in "classes" that begin each month. Your jurisdiction will progress through the process with several other jurisdictions in one "class."
When you enroll you will join the next available class of participants, unless you specify a later class. In order to join a particular class, you must get your enrollment form to National Research Center, Inc., two weeks before the start date. Late arrivals are added contingent on space available.
